Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in program or project management in an enterprise, cloud, or technology environment.
  • Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders.
  • Experience in using data and metrics to measure program performance, identify insights, and make informed decisions. Experience with dashboards and reporting tools.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with a cross-functional, geographically dispersed team and customers.
  • Experience collaborating with sales, leaders, and marketing to drive customer business outcomes and knowledge of enterprise go-to-market strategies and business methods.
  • Experience in a technology-driven company or with enterprise software/cloud solutions.
  • Experience with CRM systems and executive reporting tools.

About the job

You will help grow an executive sponsor program designed to advance C-suite customer relationships, drive customer outcomes and cloud consumption and accelerate agreement advancement by increasing synergies between key customers and Google executives. This critical role will be instrumental in empowering our Executive Sponsors to foster relationships with our most valued customers by partnering as an advisor to drive outcomes.

You will have the opportunity to work with Priority Partner Sponsors, Cloud Product Areas, and Cloud GTM leadership to ensure alignment. Your understanding of the Google Cloud business, customer program offerings, and program management experience will enable customer engagement and help achieve objectives.Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $158,000-$235,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Develop and advocate the direction for the Executive Sponsor Program, aligning it with company-wide business objectives and growth initiatives.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard Cloud executives to serve as executive sponsors for accounts and initiatives.
  • Drive the Sponsor Activation Program, which provides guidance and enablement to Executive Sponsors, equipping them with the necessary resources, insights, and communication strategies to foster relationships.
  • Lead alignment across Google including partnering with the The Top Partner program, marketing and additional stakeholders.
  • Partner with account teams and stakeholders across customer success to own Sponsor proposal preparation and facilitating kick-off meetings with sponsor/strategist/account teams to ensure coordination.
