Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in Go-to-Market Strategy, Sales Operations, Strategy and Operations, Management Consulting, Finance, or Program Management.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA degree.
- Experience in managing large-scale and dynamic projects across all elements of project development and delivery.
- Ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, combined with strong business judgment.

As a Strategic Project Lead, you will play a critical role in the organization by leading and coordinating EMEA Strategic initiatives and programs, including effectively landing Google wide global programs in EMEA - translating them into actual business impact.
Responsibilities
- Develop regional/sub-Regional strategies and initiatives that require deep local knowledge and business partnering with relevant stakeholders (e.g., sub-regional expansion strategy, vertical-specific incubation businesses, complex organizational design).
- Design, incubate and scale EMEA strategic initiatives and commercial programs to maximize top and bottom line.
- Land, monitor and steer execution of Google wide global initiatives and programs in EMEA.
- Derive business insights related to the projects and initiatives managed/coordinated.
