Minimum qualifications:

- 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
- Experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in influencing executive leaders through judgment and data.
- Ability to drive impact in a fluid environment.
- Ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

The Local Ads and Messaging GPS teams partners with product and sales to define and execute the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for Google's innovative Local Ads and Messaging products. By optimizing the interplay between Messaging, GBP, LSA, and Local Search (Ads and Organic) we provide advertisers a toolkit to meet users at every stage of their journey.
As a Global Product Solutions Lead, you will leverage your expertise to inspire sellers and customers to expand their adoption of key solutions across Google Ads. You will work closely with technical Product Managers and the Sales teams globally to contribute to the development of those solutions.
In this role, you will also partner closely with other GPSLs and regional GTM teams to identify product gaps and brainstorm solutions to bring to life with the PM.
Global Solutions is the link between Google products and business. Your focus is to help turn innovation into complete, packaged tools that allow our customers to get the most that they need from our products. As part of the Global Solutions team, you'll help to ensure that Google has adopted the right strategy for our products. Working in one of three specialized areas – Performance, Brand, or Publisher & Platform – you'll use your expertise to help front-line Sales partners to work their magic quickly and effectively. You are passionate about all things digital, and want to help shape the world of online advertising.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000-$172,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive projects forward, including intra-GPS, Sales, GTM, Product, gTech, Business Development, Marketing and Legal.
- Synthesize and prioritize feedback from GTM, and Sales teams to influence product priorities and strategy. Lead the rollout of product features and capabilities, and execute a successful sales activation strategy.
- Develop communications for internal and external partners. Develop sales materials (narratives, pitch decks, case studies, etc.) and partner with GTM to drive internal and external commercialization.
- Help define success metrics, track product adoption and business impact.
