Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in advertising, marketing, consulting, media, business development, or advertising agencies.
- Experience influencing or selling to C-level stakeholders.
- Experience developing and pitching solutions through various channels
(e.g., telephone, email, in-person meetings) to prospects. - Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context.
- Experience selling against traditional and digital media advertising solutions.
- Knowledge of traditional and contemporary or online marketing strategy and tactics (e.g., product knowledge across all digital advertising products areas).
- Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a customer engagement strategy.
- Ability to achieve goals to drive growth.

The Accelerated Growth Team (AGT) is a Sales team designed to grow Small and medium sized businesses (SMBs) from SpLatam with significant expansion potential. AGT specializes in building full funnel strategies to increase customer's return on investment, scale customer business base, and ultimately make business more profit.
As an Account Executive, you will be establishing key strategic relationships and consulting to accelerate any type of business, including startups, SMBs and known brands. You will provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You will persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's highest-potential clients, developing an understanding of how our range of solutions can grow their business. Working with them, you will define their goal, broadening the scope of what they can achieve, alongside developing and implementing transformational digital growth strategies to take their business to the next level.

Responsibilities
- Deliver against ambitious quarterly business growth goals, while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding experience and results to Google's advertisers within Spanish Latin America (SpLatam).
- Build and manage a pipeline through proactive identification of high-potential business with in primary teams or unnasigned clients pool of leads.
- Create a close partnership with our cross-functional primary teams.
- Consult with C-level clients to achieve national and international marketing and business goals through utilizing the full suite of Google’s Ads solutions.
- Grow clients Google Ads footprint by presenting customized marketing solutions. Implement creative ways to expand customers existing accounts, tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions and branding strategies.
