Education Program Manager, Extended Workforce Services

  • Ability to influence others and lead change across cross-functional teams.

gTech's Extended Workforce Solutions (xWS) team empowers Product Areas (PAs) to optimize outsourced operations while reducing risks and driving efficiency through the enforcement of Google best practices and policies. We advocate for informed decision-making, ensuring our partners find the right talent in the right locations. Our collaboration across Google leads to streamlined processes, minimizing administrative burdens and optimizing the extended workforce (xW) experience. In this role, you will work with a cross-functional team to design, launch and oversee the execution of a comprehensive education program for all employees managing or interacting with Alphabet’s extended workforce (xWF) and suppliers. You will work in a team environment that is high-growth, fast moving, and constantly changing. You will embrace ambiguity and collaborate across teams to identify user education needs and deliver against them. You will have the opportunity to influence how we interact with our xWF and suppliers across the Alphabet.

You will be responsible for delivering large-scale education solutions across the Alphabet. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand needs, create and deliver a high-impact educational program. Your role will include content development/curation, curriculum design, program roll-out, key performance indicator (KPI) tracking, and communications. You will drive the scoping of the education program, training priorities and allocation of resources. You will act as a program manager to deliver and continuously improve the education program.

Responsibilities

  • Lead large scale education program roll-out across Alphabet, working with cross-functional teams to gather stakeholder needs and deliver against them.
  • Manage concurrent, large scale initiatives from start to finish.
  • Drive the identification, assessment, and development of skills, attitudes, or knowledge through needs analysis, instructional design, and curriculum development and education program roll-out.
  • Support scoping of curriculum, training priorities and allocation of resources. Understand the context and implications for business decisions based on implemented learning strategies and content.
  • Use data to show effectiveness of our education program, including end-user satisfaction enhancements and knowledge transfer.
