Regional Product Lead, Media Effectiveness

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in business, go-to-market, or commercialization related functions.
  • Experience working with product management or engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience working in ads measurement or attribution.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in developing go-to-market strategies, setting Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Experience influencing higher-level executives and sellers.
  • Knowledge of products in digital media solutions and media effectiveness (e.g., Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), attribution, incrementality) to pitch and activate across a sales organization.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage operational initiatives and thought leadership.
  • Ability to communicate in German or French fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

About the job

The SBS PSA team sits within Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Product and Sales Activation (PSA) - product and business experts supporting thousands of GCS Googlers, leaders and advertisers across EMEA.

The SBS PSA team will drive the commercialization strategy for Google’s ads business and help shape the product roadmap to meet the specific requirements of our group of advertisers. Our focus is to grow customers by launching new products to market, empowering our sales teams with impactful resources and training, engaging directly with customers through at-scale online and in-person events and channeling customer feedback to the product development team.

As a Regional Product Lead, you will help to scale product adoption across the EMEA region by directly working with GCS sellers and customers. You will influence executive business stakeholders, work cross-functionally to direct the product activation strategy for GCS business programs. You will influence cross-functional teams while building and delivering the best go-to-market plan for the product area.

In this role, you will be a key partner to SBS sales, in driving the adoption of foundational and advanced measurement solutions across the EMEA region. Your role will involve developing and executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, as well as influencing leadership and acting as a role model for effective selling. You will be responsible for training sellers, presenting in external webinars and live events, and pitching and activating opportunities. You will deploy a holistic knowledge across all ads products, with deep expertise in foundational measurement (including enhanced conversions, Google tag gateway) incrementality and value delivered reports.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Go-to-Market strategy to help realize our Go-to-Market activation strategies for measurement and media effectiveness to drive customer growth.
  • Partner with SBS EMEA sales leadership to drive adoption of foundational and advanced measurement solutions.
  • Educate GCS sellers through at-scale training, team workshops and partnership with sales leadership. Support customer events, online and in-person, in conjunction with partners in sales and marketing.
  • Advocate measurement and media effectiveness products internally and externally as well as gauge their standing in the competitive social market.
  • Work cross-functionally and regionally to develop new opportunities to increase product adoption. Identify roadblocks in seller workflow, and collaborate with global PSA and partner organizations (i.e. Global Product Leads) to solve these challenges and help sellers pitch more effectively.
