Research and Insights Manager, Business-to-Business Marketing

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a research or quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience translating business problems into research questions and translating research findings and insights into marketing recommendations.
- 5 years of experience designing, scoping, executing, and delivering research and analysis projects in marketing, research and insights fields (e.g., consulting, research, consumer or Business-to-Business marketing insights).
- Experience managing research and measurement agencies.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience with qualitative research methods and approaches.
- 5 years of experience with sampling, survey writing, and analysis of survey data including weighting and assessing data quality.
- 5 years of experience with designing experiments, analyzing data from experiments, and summarizing findings.
- 5 years of experience analyzing and manipulating data sets to leverage data insights into presentations for business stakeholders.
- 3 years of experience with data querying languages (e.g. SQL) and tools to work with data sets.

As a Marketing Research and Insights Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision making within our Latin America business. You will be a key advisor to business leaders across various Latin America markets, leveraging your expertise in research methodologies, data analysis, and strategic thinking to uncover actionable insights that fuel business growth and optimize marketing effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute research studies, analyze data, and identify trends to uncover customer, market, and competitive insights.
- Build strong relationships with business leaders, understand their needs, and effectively communicate research findings.
- Identify new market opportunities, competitive threats, and present recommendations to business leaders.
- Lead projects from end to end, ensuring timely delivery.
