Video Sales Specialist (English)

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Experience working with digital organizations.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently in order to communicate in this customer-facing sales role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with Google’s digital marketing tools, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Marketing Platform (GMP).

We grow Central Eastern Europe (CEE) clients' business by defining the opportunity and crafting the right Google solution with the help of Google AI and expert Googlers.

Our Video Sales Specialist team is tasked with driving client business growth through new product activations while being trusted advisors to Sales and Regional/Global Product teams, influencing them to develop products that cater to our markets' and clients' needs and opportunities.

As a Video Sales Specialist, you will be focused on leading the commercialization and activation of our core YouTube Video business and will be working on products like VRC, VVC, YouTube for Action, etc. across Central Eastern Europe, a vibrant market comprised of 31 countries and 9 Google offices. You will be building partnerships at various levels of the organization, with particular focus on partnering with Sales, Regional and Global Product teams.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the Video product go-to-market plan for large accounts with an understanding of both Video products and customer business nuances, and lead business pitches and drive adoption of key products and solutions.
  • Communicate with a group of stakeholders across multiple levels, areas, and industries with Video product/solution narratives.
  • Manage the translation of the Video business plan into customized solutions to address critical business opportunities among the large accounts across many industries and drive product/solution evolutions based on the market needs to achieve long-term success of our Large Customer Sales advertisers.
  • Uncover new opportunities with Google data and product insights, and influence sales teams and cross-functional teams to land the opportunities together.
  • Work with clients on their Video strategy, develop frameworks and methodologies to drive performance and brand awareness and grow Video activity.
