Creative Business Partner, Large Customer Sales

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • 11 years of experience developing client relationships, managing creative teams, and leading marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in prioritizing and managing multiple projects.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience providing product and domain expertise and lead end-to-end responsibilities for product area related client projects for one or multiple customers to increase product adoption.
  • Experience establishing and advancing goals and priorities, balancing the needs of Google Product Areas (PAs), the business organization, and customers.
  • Ability to be a thought leader of Google product and creative landscape.
  • Ability to influence Executive-level stakeholders with engaging objectives to address customer product needs and close agreement .
  • Ability to drive product thought leadership for Google, sharing expertise with peers and customers.

Creative Business Partners (CBPs) are the core business drivers for US Creative Works. In this role, you will be leading, and working internally and externally to identify and activate high-impact creative opportunities with Google’s key US video clients, and their creative agencies and partners. You will identify creative opportunities for account and agreement activation, and strategizing creative solutions to meet sector objectives and generate impact.

You will be a business owner who are solutions-oriented, entrepreneurial, expert prioritizers, and comfortable navigating ambiguity. You are capable of leading conversations with both executive- and practitioner-level stakeholders, in service of deeper, mutually-beneficial partnerships. You will build feedback loops with internal and external partners and their direct teams. You will ensure business knowledge and thought leadership programs are understood and effective, while also balancing impact with team well-being.

As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000-$205,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Sales Partners and Vertical Video Leads to gather and analyse business intelligence on the vertical(s) to which you are assigned, and co-author and roll out a strategy for the book of business.
  • Lead a high-performing Creative Team culture together with the peers (e.g., Strategists, Creatives, Content Architects, Producers and Creative Effectiveness Leads) to focus efforts on opportunities with the potential for Client and Google business impact.
  • Execute on the Team Mission Help Google’s key clients ensure they have the effective performing creative assets and requisite creative variety for each campaign, and enabling brands to fully leverage the incredible creative canvas that is YouTube via elements such as trends, audience insights, creators and cultural moments.
