About the job

Google Cloud teams work with schools, companies, and government agencies to make them more productive, mobile, and collaborative. You help fellow sales Googlers by performing budgeting, planning, and analysis activities — and through your passion for the magic of Google products like Google Workspace and Chrome. Not only do you provide invaluable financial and budgeting input, but you also devise new ways for us to identify and communicate with potential opportunities, connecting them to our sales team and showing how Google Cloud can impact their business. Your insight means you excel at customer segmentation, acquisition, and growth. You combine clean communication with strong analytical skills and a solid commitment to understanding customer needs and providing a Googley customer experience. You also peer into the future for us; you examine and analyze statistical data to forecast marketing trends and to identify potential new markets for Google Cloud.

In this role, you will be a member of the Google Cloud Go-To-Market (GTM) Operations team, and lead the business analyst function and operate with different stakeholders. You will focus in deconstructing and re-creating businesses to meet changing operational needs, enable innovation, establish practices, and align functions and stakeholders to help the company continue to achieve its potential. You will help improve the business in the region by helping Google drive operational initiatives that contribute to the company's growth and drive operational excellence.

Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. We deliver enterprise-grade solutions that leverage Google’s cutting-edge technology, and tools that help developers build more sustainably. Customers in more than 200 countries and territories turn to Google Cloud as their trusted partner to enable growth and solve their most critical business problems.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and develop insights on business performance, performance metrics, and support in preparation of weekly/monthly business reviews for the Business teams and cross-functional teams through the preparation of custom dashboards.
  • Drive operational excellence (e.g., forecast calls, opportunity and health, and performance metrics) across the growing Google Cloud teams in-market, and ensure that internal stakeholder issues get resolved in a timely manner.
  • Provide operations support for issue resolution on post planning efforts, and oversee the systems used by the Operations teams for data mining and analysis.
  • Work with cross-functional partners including support, industry solutions, demand execution, finance, marketing, and human resources (HR).
  • Support the annual planning cycle by providing insights into the performance, business growth, trends, growth rate, productivity, and set up territories, account segments, organizational design, and goals.
