YouTube Sales Specialist, Large Customer Sales (English, Spanish)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Experience working with digital organizations.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to support client relationship management in Spain.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience selling or working directly with online video advertising platforms.
  • Experience selling YouTube advertising solutions.
  • Experience working with large advertisers or media agencies within the Spanish market.
  • Understanding of the broader audiovisual market dynamics, including TV, VOD, and CTV trends, and how YouTube complements and competes within it.
  • Understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, online advertising metrics, and measurement.
  • Excellent investigative skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals by proactively identifying sales opportunities and driving adoption of YouTube advertising solutions.
  • Create compelling, data-driven sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs, showcasing the power and effectiveness of YouTube advertising.
  • Serve as an expert on YouTube's full suite of advertising products and effectively communicate their value proposition.
  • Stay informed about the digital advertising landscape in Spain and Portugal, including industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including industry and account managers, measurement leads and agency teams to develop integrated solutions and ensure client success.
