Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management.
- 8 years of experience in security.
- 3 years of experience in composure and level headedness during security escalations and leading the teams towards resolution.
- 3 years of experience in security operations, systems administration, digital forensics, security engineering, privacy engineering.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Ability to collaborate with peers/leadership through communication and business strategies.

You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Responsibilities
- Implement communications standards across a portfolio of programs including executive and key partner communications.
- Establish a reliable and visible cadence for program reviews, decision-making, prioritization, and Resource Stewardship.
- Lead a governance structure that drives executive decision-making. Ensure governance structure exposes and mitigates dependencies.
- Seek out and identify change management opportunities that increase program velocity and which affect multiple teams.
- Define/manage a program portfolio solving problems that goal for business impact for the organization and product area.
