Strategy and Operations Senior Associate

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in management consulting firm or equivalent project management experience in a strategy function for software, Internet, media industries or early stage companies.
  • Experience leading operational and cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in Operations and Internet or Online Media.
  • Experience managing stakeholders and leading executive conversations, both internal and external.
  • Excellent project management, problem solving/analysis, written/verbal communication and people management skills.

About the job

gTech Ads is responsible for all support and media and technical services for customers across the entire Ad products stack. We help the customers get the most out of the Ad and Publisher products and guide them when they need help. We provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers business and marketing needs and providing technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for the large customers. These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones for the top customers to support customers worldwide.

The gTech GTM organization ensures gTech’s ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting strategy, and ensuring execution and operations against the strategy. Team members are strategic and results-oriented, with an understanding of how to get things done.

Responsibilities

  • Define projects and partner with cross-functional teams to manage projects and run operations.
  • Support business performance. Identify drivers and growth levers.
  • Develop advocacy for initiatives and align support from cross functional peers and leaders.
  • Communicate to executive leadership and lead discussions of strategic topics.
  • Evaluate the success of the service strategy, including roles, workflows, incentives, customer segments, tools, and headcount allocation.
