  • 3 years of experience negotiating compensation packages or related negotiation experience.
  • 3 years of experience in the execution of technical recruiting or related technical experience.

Be a part of the critical team recruiting talent for our high-priority Data Center business area – the essential infrastructure powering the internet. We are seeking a skilled recruiter to help us build world-class teams across North America and Mexico.

You'll join an excellent, collaborative team working on complex recruitment challenges that will keep you engaged and continuously learning. We are looking for an individual with a proactive approach to understanding the talent market and a drive to contribute to our expansion in key regions.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $107,000-$153,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Be accountable for timely, end-to-end recruiting delivery against goals.
  • Manage strong partnerships with global teams (where applicable) and with partner teams (e.g., Comp, TE, Scheduling).
  • Manage effective relationships with Google clients (hiring managers/business leaders) and candidates with delivery and experience based orientation.
  • Develop talent by leveraging recruiting processes and tools, and gathering role requirements and recommendations.
  • Advocate for the applicant and create an excellent experience, supporting applicant assessment, evaluating applicant skills and client needs, and driving the interview and offer process.
