Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- 2 years of experience in supporting silicon factory production planning or execution within a manufacturing environment, including exposure to capacity planning, material flow concepts, or scheduling.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with factory planning/scheduling concepts or systems (e.g., Manufacturing Execution System (MES)).
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles with the knowledge of semiconductor foundry manufacturing processes, equipment, and material flow.
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin Chinese fluently to interact with stakeholders in Taiwan and across different regions.
- Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assist in tracking and analyzing performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Collaborate with internal engineering teams and external foundry partners to ensure material flow and address operational needs.
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing foundry performance indicators such as cycle time, yield, on-time delivery, and work-in-progress (WIP) levels, identifying areas for potential improvement.
- Support efforts to identify and mitigate supply chain disruptions, contributing to business plans.
- Participate in cross-functional discussions to help resolve supply chain issues and support the implementation of corrective actions.
- Aid in managing and optimizing material movement within the foundry, working with engineers to ensure a stable and reliable supply of materials and efficient resource utilization.
