Minimum qualifications:

- 15 years of experience in sales cycles, navigating organizations, and building C-level relationships with enterprise clients, within the technology sector
- 15 years of experience leading teams focused on sales
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience leading large-scale programs
- Ability to rapidly learn, understand, and work with complex customer environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated influence with C-level executives (Board, CEO, CFO)
About the job
As the Global Strategic Initiatives (GSI) Regional Managing Director you will lead a high-performing team to achieve ambitious goals in securing large and complex Google Cloud customers. The team is responsible for winning large and complex Google Cloud customers, establishing a multi-year partnership and industry transformation vision, and owning the execution of the “One Google” win. While leading the team, you will continue to own their own accounts. Externally, you are the senior, stateful business executive in the engagement and expected to influence the customer board, CEO, and across the customer executive management team. Internally, you will lead coordination and execution with regional account teams, other Google organizations and Google Cloud Leadership including the CEO, global, and regional presidents. Finally, you will establish, institutionalize, and scale processes and templates for winning large, complex customers.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $272,000-$378,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead a team of senior GSI leads in the Americas, own the regional number, and develop their ability to influence at the highest levels, including customer boards, CEOs, and executive teams by providing guidance, coaching, and opportunities for growth.
- Establish trusted relationships with and influence the board, CEO and CxOs at large organizations along with Google executives in different Google business units (Google Health, Android, Search, Maps, Ads, etc.).
- Work with the regional account team to build an execution plan aligned with the win strategy. Develop a comprehensive pricing strategy across Google and validate the technology and customer risk reduction strategy.
