Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with marketing measurement, attribution techniques (e.g., offline measurement, MMM, MTA, attribution), and Google advertising products.
- Experience in marketing analytics and understanding of robust data infrastructures/advanced AI solutions.
- Knowledge of SQL, databases, and basic automation techniques (e.g., dashboards, automating custom reports, materializing tables).
- Ability to analyze large datasets and distill them into actionable insights that are presented in a logical and compelling story.
- Ability to navigate complex, fast-paced environments, utilizing strong prioritization skills to drive data infrastructure transformations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

As a Data Transformation Lead (DTL), you will be at the forefront of a major shift, helping some of the world's most innovative technology companies revolutionize their approach to marketing through the adoption of AI. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, data science, and engineering to drive the adoption of innovative AI-powered marketing strategies. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating client needs into technical roadmaps, and ensuring successful implementation. You will play a pivotal role in defining best practices and influencing the broader industry, making a real impact on the success of clients and Google's growth. You will also be responsible for fostering relationships with C-level executives, guiding them through the implications of AI and data-driven marketing.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $108,000-$154,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead data infrastructure modernization and accelerate customer adoption of key AI features. Guide clients from diagnosing industry-specific challenges to the full, active implementation of Google's advanced solutions to unlock long-term growth.
- Ensure clients extract maximum value from our data integration and AI platforms by seamlessly operationalizing custom solutions and unlocking their most advanced, high-impact capabilities.
- Serve as a trusted retail industry expert, forging strong, collaborative relationships and elevating the technical knowledge of key stakeholders across Google, our partner network, and client teams.
- Act as the definitive thought leader and go-to resource for durable data integration strategies, reliable measurement frameworks, and cutting-edge platform architecture.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to identify opportunities and drive growth.
