Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in mobile, apps and digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing roles.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English and Polish to engage with clients in the region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with clients and building relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Experience meeting or exceeding sales goals, while building pipeline and pitching ads solutions.
  • Understanding of the digital marketing landscape.
  • Understanding of app marketers and the app ecosystem.
  • Ability to work well in a team, and be proactive, organized, and responsible.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to pitch comprehensive advertising solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with existing clients and develop a thorough understanding of their business objectives, goals, and challenges.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities in your book of business, prioritize accounts, handle objections, and evaluate campaign effectiveness
  • Consult with C-level clients to achieve national and international marketing goals. Utilize Google’s marketing solutions suite, specifically app advertising.
  • Provide outstanding service to clients and design app marketing solutions to drive long-term success.
  • Contribute to the development of Google’s comprehensive suite of app install advertisement products. Work and collaborate with a diverse set of mobile-focused cross-functional teams.
