Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of HR Business Partner or HR Generalist experience.
- 6 years of people management experience.
- Experience in scalable program design/management/delivery and change management.
- Ability to communicate in German and English fluently to work with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration and influence.
- Experience with employee representative bodies with excellent foundation in employment laws, regulations and labour relations.
- Experience in HR, people programs, or other large scale people related roles.
- Experience in building and leading a team.
- Excellent investigative, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Motivate and inspire the Market Consultant team to deliver country focused HR programmes and initiatives, aligned to the Country People Plan.
- Identify and drive initiatives and recommendations to ensure work is in service of improving the Googler Experience in Germany.
- Overcome tests and get to the root cause of any issue, and design, implement solutions that cut across multiple disciplines and stakeholders, beyond people and organizational boundaries.
- Act as a pro-active subject matter expert for clients and internal stakeholders and partners.
- Work collaboratively across Googler Experience (GX), Business HR, CoEs and partner teams to respond to incidents/crisis and mitigate risk to Google Germany.
