Data and Measurement Specialist (English, Hebrew)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Experience working with digital organizations.
  • Experience identifying and recommending ways to improve product and customer strategy.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Hebrew fluently in order to interact in this customer-facing sales role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Understanding of how online marketing works and how data, privacy and platforms are connected to performance.
  • Understanding of Marketing Analytics and Cloud Platforms.
  • Ability to be entrepreneurial and take ownership.
  • Ability to become a trustworthy thought leader in a challenging field.
  • Passionate about meeting client’s business objectives via foundational tech solutions (privacy-centric measurement, data activation, tagging and workflow automation etc).

The Data and Measurement team plays a critical role in Google goal to be the most trusted experts for our advertisers and partners that delivers high performing, durable advertising solutions in a privacy first ecosystem.

As a Data and Measurement Specialist, you will be in charge of Digital Transformation for advertisers and partners across the Large Customer Sales (LCS) book of business. You will help advertisers and partners build a measurement and data infrastructure foundation which customers can build their performance and media effectiveness solutions on. In this role you will be making sure that measurement and data foundation for advertisers is solid with a consistent stream of data and signals flowing into Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Marketing Platform. You will be working to increase data accuracy and modeling capabilities with the newest privacy-forward solutions. I.e. Tagging, Server Side Tagging, Analytics, Consent Mode, Enhanced ConversionsOur Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead Data and Measurement plans for our prioritized clients to ensure the plan is incorporated into the overall customer plan and ensure executive stakeholder at our client’s buy in of the plan.
  • Delive compelling customer pitches for first-party data solutions and privacy-centric measurement solution (e.g., Consent Mode, Enhanced conversions) to advertisers’ C/B-Levels in Northern Europe.
  • Understand the local privacy developments and the potential impact on products and solutions and support our advertisers and partners.
  • Navigate in ambiguity and autonomously build expertise across product areas, collaborate across functions and executive stakeholders, identify market opportunities and share industry/sector specific feedback to Google’s product teams.
  • Initiate and lead scaled initiatives and industry events to drive adoption of Data and Measurement solutions with vertical sales teams, marketing and Google’s Ads Privacy Team.
