Strategic Partner Manager

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in Partner Management, Business Development, Sales, or Channel Development in the technology industry.
  • Experience with local market insights.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or MBA.
  • Experience interfacing with, and being a trusted partner for, C-level executives in partner companies.
  • Understanding of the app ecosystem.

About the job

As a Strategic Partner Manager, you will enable global apps and games to scale and run large businesses in India by building an India. You will work closely with global partner managers to make India a priority market for their developers.

Our team provides meaningful solutions — from helping publishers and developers grow their businesses through monetization solutions, to helping our long-term partners anticipate and navigate change in a way that delivers economic and reputational value. We build and distribute products through partnerships across a multitude of product areas, including Ads, Search & Assistant, Geo, Platforms & Ecosystems, Devices & Services, Health, Retail, Payments, Next Billion Users, and more. We collaborate across Google, ensuring a coordinated approach when engaging with our most complex and strategic partners.

Responsibilities

  • Work with global partner managers to make India a priority market for their developers.
  • Enable global apps and games to scale and run large businesses in India by building an India playbook.
  • Provide rich local insights to global developers around consumer behaviour, key trends, localized pricing and GTM best practices.
  • Work with internal teams i.e. RPA, Merch, Marketing to get the right level of local support for these partners.
  • Influence product development to unlock developer success.
