Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience coding in SQL and Python.
- 5 years of experience in data analytics, database design and working with ETL tools and workflows, and providing insights to stakeholder teams.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s or other advanced degree in a technical field.
- 7 years of experience coding in both SQL and Python, working in database design or a data analytics environment.
- Experience with Machine Learning based workflow automation.
- Experience partnering with senior level stakeholders, presenting to leadership team members, and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Experience with statistical methodology and data consumption tools such as business intelligence tools, collabs, jupyter notebooks, Tableau, Power BI, DataStudio, and BI platforms.
- Experience communicating technical and data-heavy concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
About the job
As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for the technical relationship of our largest advertising clients and/or product partners. You will lead cross-functional teams in Engineering, Sales and Product Management to leverage emerging technologies for our external clients/partners. From concept design and testing to data analysis and support, you will oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google's online advertising platforms and/or product partnerships.
You will be able to balance business and partner needs with technical constraints, develop innovative, cutting edge solutions and act as a partner and consultant to those you are working with. You will also be able to build tools and automate products, oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google's partnerships, as well as develop product strategy and prioritize projects and resources.
The YouTube GTM team is responsible for managing all go-to-market functions for the YouTube Business Organization including strategy and business operations, analytics and data science, partnership enablement, and product activation. The team is responsible for shaping go-to-market priorities to accelerate growth and resource the business accordingly, enhancing skills and capabilities to support execution of business priorities, managing efficiency across business operations, building excellent go-to-market infrastructure (e.g., data, reports, dashboards and GenAI solutions). This team combines strategic, operational, and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done and drive change across a global organization.

Responsibilities
- Drive analytics and data science functions for the YouTube Business organization.
- Design and build data processing systems such as dashboards, reports, and Generative AI solutions.
- Provide ongoing support for regional stakeholders through maintenance of reports, queries, and dashboards, fielding user questions, authoring documentation, and delivering training.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to drive communication, prioritization, implementation, analysis, and resolution of stakeholder challenges and issues. Participate in the analysis and research for technical challenges and work with leadership teams.
- Drive technical and business documentation and supporting guidance to ensure organizational success.
