Business Systems Analyst, Supply Chain Logistics

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience designing and implementing Supply Chain systems.
  • 5 years of experience building integrated systems throughout the entire lifecycle implementing standardized capabilities like Kinaxis, O9, SAP, EWM.
  • Experience in supply chain solutions and tools (1P and 3P).

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience working with cross-functional teams to define requirements and manage technical projects.
  • Experience with data analysis, and domain critical KPIs and reporting/dashboarding.
  • Experience leading solution architecture and systems integrations.
  • Experience with large-scale/full cycle supply chain solution implementation.
  • Deep knowledge of supply chain planning and execution processes.
  • Ability to have a strong technical process analysis to translate business requirements into comprehensive solution design.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$181,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Leverage industry standard 3P solutions to automate and scale business systems. Define best practices for solution design, development, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification and resolution.
  • Work with stakeholders and users to gain insights to provide sustainable solutions with strategic impact through business applications, systems enhancements, and solutions to automate and scale business operations. 
  • Partner with internal supply chain business teams and external supply chain partners (Suppliers, CMs and 3PLs) in architecting and leading the supply chain solutions and process improvements that scales for TI (Technical Infrastructure) Supply chain.
  • Develop, build, and deploy applications using various platforms and technologies tied to Supply chain Planning and execution software. Work closely with developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
