Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in program/project management, or statistical analysis.
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to collaborate with colleagues and complete tasks and projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with various analytics tools, with working knowledge of SQL and other advanced data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of corporate finance or corporate strategy and different industries' business models.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited direction, balance competing priorities, and manage several time-sensitive projects.
- Ability to meet deadlines and high productivity.
- Excellent problem solving, presentation, and communication skills.
About the job
The gReach Program is a 12 months paid upskilling program for students and industry professionals with disabilities and vocation support candidates with a certificate issued by government. Participants will receive on-the-job-training and work on a range of projects. gReach Associates will be placed in teams across the business such as Device and Services, Software, Advertising Sales, User Support, Market HR, and Google Cloud.
gReach Associates will have the opportunity to be exposed to career opportunities at Google and further develop professional skills. Associates will learn to make an impact by working with teams on business-critical projects and collaborating with Googlers across a variety of functions.
As a Sales and Operations Associate, you will be responsible for providing support to all the topics and projects managed by Sales Operations, under direct visibility of the sub-regional management team. In this role, you’ll be challenged to generate insights for key business partners analyzing business data based on the needs of the business.

Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and master at the highest accuracy and in close cooperation with the regional planning team, the annual planning cycle from territory planning to quota setting.
- Analyze and develop insights on business performance and core performance metrics, and support in the preparation of weekly/monthly business reviews.
- Align with cross-functional partners including Support, Vertical Solutions, Demand Execution, Revenue Programs, Finance, Marketing, and Human Resources.
- Prepare weekly management forecast calls and provide ongoing updates on business growth/metrics to regional leadership teams.
