Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in sales operations, forecasting, business strategy, demand planning, or data analytics.
- 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience in building analysis or data visualization via Tableau, Google slides, Google sheets, or spreadsheet software and managing multiple projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment.
- 2 years of experience creating data sets, data modeling, and reporting.
- Experience in business forecasting, analysis, or related field with a consumer-packaged goods company in a technology company.
- Experience with statistical models and measurement techniques (e.g., generalized linear models, time series analysis).
- Ability to troubleshoot the root cause problems, with attention to detail on all projects and deliverables.
- Ability to quantify and support conclusions with data.

We are seeking an experienced Global Sales Operations Business Planner for Pixel Phones to drive business strategy and operational excellence across the organization. This role will bridge the gap between global sales strategy and regional execution, ensuring alignment and maximizing effectiveness. In this role, you will contribute to long-term planning, leverage insights to optimize business processes, provide data analysis and recommendations, as well as support forecasting and planning. You will lead key projects to enhance business operations and systems, own specific regional deliverables and serve as a subject-matter-expert in forecasting, including product portfolio management from the concept phase to end-of-life for prior generations.

Responsibilities
- Serve as primary regional sales operations liaison, collaborating with Sales, Finance, Product, Marketing and Supply Chain providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Drive efficiency and effectiveness by identifying/implementing process improvements in supply allocation, sales, and forecast.
- Implement/maintain efficient forecasting standard procedures, including lifetime volume management and development annual business. Develop/maintain forecasting models and statistical analyses.
- Ensure forecast transition from product concept to end-of-life. Develop long-range financial plans with impact analysis (i.e., capacity, IOQ modeling, product lifecycle curves, market trends and scenario planning).
- Provide data-driven insights through comprehensive business performance reporting, key performance indicators, and forecasts. Support business operations with data management, tool administration, and custom analytics.
