We are seeking a Program Manager to join the Chief of Staff team and drive the business operations. You will be responsible for driving key initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and enable data-driven decision making. This role offers exposure to leadership and requires excellent communication skills.The Core team builds the technical foundation behind Google’s flagship products. We are owners and advocates for the underlying design elements, developer platforms, product components, and infrastructure at Google. Responsibilities
- Manage headcount operations, from allocation and planning to creating Staffing Requests (SRs) and tracking hiring execution.
- Oversee Operational Expenditure (OpEx) and budget operations to ensure financial alignment with the organization's priorities.
- Lead early-career hiring programs, including the intern-to-Full Time Employee pipeline and other talent development initiatives.
- Identify and drive process improvements across the organization to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support the Chief of Staff on special projects and strategic initiatives
