Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
- Experience leading sales operations for enterprise-level accounts.
- Experience in building relationships with external C-level members.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Google Ads or programmatic media.
- Experience within the Northern Europe or Benelux market and clients.
- Experience in media management or sales, with an understanding of planning, buying, and measurement solutions.
- Ability to grow relationships with advertisers, agencies, or clients, with an understanding of the market landscape, and successful engaged strategies.
- Proven record of prioritizing and delivering on workstreams and initiatives that drive results.
- Ability to communicate in Dutch to support client relationship management.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
Responsibilities
- Grow the share of wallet of Google performance and branding products in a portfolio of advertisers.
- Lead the development and execution of marketing plans that enable cross-functional collaboration to position and implement the right Google solutions to meet our customers business and marketing objectives, resulting in the adoption of the right products and features.
- Build relationships with executive performance leads, brand managers, media directors, and CMOs at the advertiser and their partner ecosystem.
- Influence across internal cross-functional teams to address customer needs and deliver cohesive business solutions, leading multi-region and cross-product relationships.
- Translate executive level Business and marketing objectives to year round actionable performance plans and own defending budgets during the cycle.
