Senior Measurement Lead, Incrementality

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles. Or 6 years with an advanced degree.
  • Experience identifying and recommending scalable solutions to improve customer strategy, and working with executive leadership.
  • Experience working with digital organizations.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience identifying, recommending new processes, procedures, and methods for product adoption strategy, addressing future needs by partnering and collaborating with regional partners/stakeholders.
  • Understand Google Incrementality measurement capabilities across Geo Experiments, Conversion Lift and various experiment approaches such as Causal Impact, Pre vs. Post, A/B among others.
  • Understanding of cross-media disciplines such as MMM, MTA and Modern Measurement.
  • Ability to drive scaled programs forward including lead list development, training/comms, supporting collateral, leadership buy-in, and tracking/reporting against success metrics.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships across teams and functions to address customer needs and close agreements.

The SDS Data, Measurement, and Analytics team's mission is to demonstrate value that our customers trust, through measurement and analytics, and through data that powers AI. We help our clients solve their biggest business and marketing challenges by uncovering actionable insights about their business and proving the impact of Google advertising through marketing measurement.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$174,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Drive SDS business growth through Incrementality by developing sector strategies, building advertiser-focused programs, and identifying scaling opportunities in partnership with Data, Measurement and Analytics (DM&A) and cross-functional teams.
  • Manage expectations and maintain relationships with stakeholders to build rapport and credibility, and plan, create, deliver strategy, and provide input to help stakeholders achieve project goals.
  • Improve Incrementality solutions by establishing feedback loops with Product and go-to-market (GTM) teams to address roadblocks and unlock growth potential.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of the engaged landscape and emerging use-cases. Design, execute, and scale innovative solutions built for Search Design System (SDS) client industries.
  • Share knowledge and drive adoption by conducting experiments, developing case studies, and providing sales enablement to educate internal teams and external partners on Incrementality best practices.
