Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.
As a Paid Media Marketing Manager for Google Career Certificates, you will own the development and execution of our paid media strategy. Your skills will be crucial in leveraging user insights and the enrollment journey understanding to refine audience targeting, campaign messaging and personalization. Working in close partnership with media experts and agency teams, you will identify and implement strategies, drive investments decisions to optimize campaign performance. You will also be responsible for demonstrating the impact of paid media, and maximizing its incremental value.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $115,000-$165,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Understand the user and their journey to define paid media strategy, as well as optimize campaigns targeting, creative and personalization.
- Manage and optimize ongoing paid media programs to achieve target CPAs and Return On Investment (ROI).
- Drive media incrementality measurement and maximizing paid media impact.
- Utilize AI tools and capabilities to bring camping performance to the next level.
- Analyze campaign data, run A/B tests, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to improve performance.
