Account Manager, Travel, Large Customer Sales (German, English)

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in consultative sales, business development, or account management within the online media or advertising industry.
- Ability to communicate in German and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in managing performance-driven digital marketing campaigns (e.g., Search, Hotel Ads, or YouTube).
- Experience in Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM).
- Understanding of travel industry dynamics in the Deutschland, Austria and Switzerland, Confoederatio Helvetica (DACH) market.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales analytics, forecast business, and discuss advanced measurement.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. Responsibilities
- Design and execute full funnel plans, manage stakeholders, and oversee pipeline development.
- Drive advertising cross-channel business by unlocking growth in Search, YouTube, and App. Drive profitable growth through efficiency and budgeting strategies, while simultaneously capturing incremental spend in upper-funnel initiatives like Connected TV (CTV) and video.
- Analyze trends, pipeline health, and consumer behavior to formulate compelling growth narratives. Test the status quo by helping rethink their performance and brand investments.
- Be obsessed with helping win by proactively building influential, lasting relationships with executive decision-makers. Be customer's strategic priorities to exceed performance goals while providing exceptional customer experiences.
- Orchestrate a broad team of internal experts, including problem-solving, consultants and product specialists, to deliver OneGoogle solutions. Lead with an owner’s mindset, coordinating resources to solve complex technical tests (e.g., hotel ads support, creative works).
