Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, corporate strategy, business operations, or in a technology/media company.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with executive stakeholder management across Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales functions.
  • Experience managing relationships and working cross-functionally within global organizations.
  • Knowledge of GBO and its sales channels and teams (e.g., LCS, GCS, rGTM, GST, etc.).
  • Ability to understand and articulate to executive teams, while maintaining attention to details.
  • Excellent program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication skills.

About the job

The Go-to-Market Operations (GTM) team partners with the Global Business Organization (GBO) on strategy, operations, and product commercialization. The team ensures Google's constantly evolving Ads business achieves strategic growth and operates with maximum efficiency.

This team is responsible for establishing go-to-market strategies, prioritizing resources to accelerate business growth, and commercializing new Ads products. This involves representing the customer, advocating for product requirements, and equipping teams to drive customer growth, product adoption, and business growth health. The team also plays a critical role in building go-to-market infrastructure, from tooling to enhancing the business skills of GBO employees, ensuring flawless execution against business goals and priorities.

The Product Strategy and Operations team works to drive coordinated product and commercial decisions across the entire Ads ecosystem. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating GBO's product and commercial activation teams that assist VPs in setting their daily, weekly, and annual agendas, and operate the business through coordinated decision-making, scaled communication, clear OKRs, and efficient resource investment.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$170,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Lead time-sensitive strategic projects for GTM by understanding context and developing a prioritized scope and approach for resolution in ambiguous situations.
  • Work cross-functionally with cross-GTM teams, People Operations, Sales Finance, Marketing, and Communications teams to scope, manage, and execute strategic projects.
  • Derive insights from quantitative and qualitative data analysis, communicate key findings to senior leadership with executive-ready presentations, and manage program efforts on behalf of stakeholders.
