Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in client-facing roles involving sales strategy and negotiation.
  • Experience with Project management.
  • Experience with Vendor management.
  • Ability to communicate in German fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in Sales and Operations in Carrier, Retail or Consumer Electronics industries.

About the job

Under the guidance of the DACH Channel Sales and Activation regional lead, you will drive Google’s Devices Sales programmes across major sales partners in Germany. This includes working with German Carrier partners on a set of programmes (i.e. training, advocacy, incentives) to drive business of Google Pixel and Ecosystem in their channels. You will be responsible for the execution of new product introductions, making sure that all relevant touch-points of the partners meet the brand standard. Your are responsible to advocate on behalf of the partners to cross-functional teams internally to drive business based initiatives and improvements to the partner experience of Google Pixel and Ecosystem.
The Google Pixel team focuses on designing and delivering the world's most helpful mobile experience. The team works on shaping the future of Pixel devices and services through some of the most advanced designs, techniques, products, and experiences in consumer electronics. This includes bringing together the best of Google’s artificial intelligence, software, and hardware to build global smartphones and create transformative experiences for users across the world.

Responsibilities

  • Understand the Carrier landscape and partner set-up, contribute to unlock new business opportunities via identifying and activating the right partner channels or partner stores.
  • Support carrier partners who range Google Hardware products via partner’s sales staff training, incentive management and store merchandising.
  • Support the implementation of new product introductions (Pixel Phones, Pixel Wearables/Hearables and other Ecosystem-products) making sure that operational goals are met.
  • Work with third-party vendors that provide Google field sales team and field support. Coordinate third party vendors and their resources to deliver upon Service Level Agreement (SLA) and terms of the agreements.
  • Work with assigned Marketing Managers on account level to jointly develop the partner growth.
