Regional Revenue Strategy and Operations Analytical Lead

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in analytical role at a consulting firm or on a product or strategy and operations team at a technology, media or consumer goods company.
  • Experience developing insights from analysis on data sets to deliver business decisions.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Analytics or similar quantitative field.
  • Experience with Critique or similar code review systems.
  • Excellent communications skills and ability to structure a engaging storyline and build presentation decks/briefing documents that support the narrative.
  • Excellent problem solving skills, combined with business acumen.

The Revenue Strategy & Operations (RSO)organization in GCS provides business insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

This role involves wide approach, beginning with the analysis of datasets and models to support critical GCS projects, encompassing key growth initiatives, business go-to-market optimization, and the provision of essential business drivers and operating metrics for executive reviews.

Furthermore, the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports are essential for monitoring key business metrics, enabling identification of trends and potential issues. Finally, you will assume ownership of existing processes and initiatives, driving ongoing analysis and project management to ensure continuous improvement and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct analysis of datasets and models as part of GCS projects including key growth initiatives, business go-to-market optimization opportunities and business drivers and operating metrics for executive business reviews.
  • Develop data-driven narratives, data visualizations, and business recommendations for senior stakeholders and contribute to executive level presentations.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to monitor key business metrics.
  • Own existing processes/initiatives through ongoing analysis and project management.
