Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • 3 years of experience in tech sales, or in other programmatic Ad technology.
  • Ability to communicate in German and English fluently in order to interact in this customer-facing sales role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 6 years of experience managing relationships with customers or agencies and service partners at an executive level.
  • Experience in data analytics.
  • Experience in Cloud.

The role requires promoting awareness and adoption of new Google Partner Program solutions and roadmaps, ensuring best scaled implementation of data and technology solutions. Maintaining excellence in the Google Marketing Platform reselling business and enabling Tech Partners to effectively sell is crucial, along with utilizing funding programs and Strategic Value Assessments to fuel growth. It also includes developing and promoting a Method of Success and assisting partners in establishing and commercializing new services and solutions.

This role involves shaping industry perception by clearly communicating Google's strengths in AI, data, privacy, and technology within a competitive landscape. A key aspect is driving large-scale integration with Cloud and collaborating with CTPs to develop and pilot innovative solutions that advance Google's digital marketing, technology, and AI capabilities.

This is a fixed-term contract from 1st Jul 2025 to 31st Dec 2026

industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Influence the industry in a competitive environment via clear articulation of Google value drivers around AI, data, privacy and technology.
  • Focus on closing transformative client projects to boost client value via partner solutions aligned with teams across Google (e.g. better value and media efficiency).
  • Drive awareness of new solutions/roadmap and best scaled adoption of data and tech solutions. 
  • Leverage funding programs to drive growth.
  •  Help partners establish/commercialize new services and solutions.
