Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience with software development, infrastructure design and infrastructure systems.
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a supervision/team leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience designing and implementing large-scale distributed systems.

With technical and leadership expertise, you manage engineers across multiple teams and locations, a large product budget and oversee the deployment of large-scale projects across multiple sites internationally.

- Drive the architectural evolution of the stack to reduce cost, maintain high reliability and simplify the integration experience for partner teams across Google.
- Build partnerships across Google by aligning the team's work with the organization's goals.
- Support the professional growth of team members by ensuring their work benefits Google, the team and the individual.
- Promote a collaborative and psychologically safe environment.
