Minimum qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in sourcing or equivalent experience working in Sales, Customer Service, Account Management, Business Development or Operations, Lead Generation or a related field.
- 1 year of sourcing experience at an agency or in-house recruiting team.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience solving complex problems and delivering significant impact as an individual contributor.
- Ability to source and engage AI talent in an engaged market.
- Ability to manage client relationships, provide consultative skills and work in a large-team environment.
- Ability to demonstrate personal accountability, work ethic, integrity, and excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $107,000-$153,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities
- Help support outcomes for a talent ecosystem as a key contributor to meet hiring demand, making sure to build and execute against a consistent hiring process that works for all applicants.
- Utilize sourcing expertise to identify, attract, and engage representative talent for a variety of roles within Google Cloud, with a focus on executive level Software Engineers.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
- Build relationships with potential applicants, creating a positive experience that reflects Google’s culture and values.
- Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and participant landscapes to ensure our sourcing strategies remain engaged and effective.
