Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in a sales role, selling technology solutions to Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs).
- Experience collaborating with technical teams to explain solutions and build implementation plans.
- Experience in identifying customer pain points and translating them into actionable solutions.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience building relationships with business owners and decision-makers in SMBs.
- Experience working with internal and external partners who serve the SMB market.
- Experience exceeding business goals and driving business growth within the SMB market, in the AI space.
- Familiarity with common technology solutions used by SMBs with an understanding of how cloud and AI can benefit them.
- Ability to prioritize, plan, and manage multiple SMB accounts and business cycles effectively.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply and clearly to SMB audiences.

Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs) owners and key decision-makers. Understand their unique business challenges positioning yourself as their go-to expert for AI solutions.
- Work directly with SMBs to pinpoint specific ways AI can address their needs.
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding business goals within your assigned SMB territory.
- Partner with internal Google teams (like Customer Engineers, Marketing focused on SMBs) and external partners who serve the SMB market to develop effective Go-to-Market strategies, build a strong pipeline, and ensure a positive experience for our SMB customers.
- Create and execute strategic plans for our SMB accounts, focusing on how our responsible AI framework can deliver tangible value to their specific business.
