Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in a creative role.
- Experience working in corporate marketing teams, creative agencies or consultancy roles.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in video creation from various concepts and executing Ad campaigns with creators.
- Experience engaging with executives and clients while managing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience working with creative agencies.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to build relationships with executive stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation and strategic skills.

In this role, you will use your expertise in the creator economy and influencer collaborations to develop high-impact campaigns for brands partnering with YouTube creators across Spanish Latin America. You will identify emerging trends, manage creative projects from conception to execution and explore Artificial Intelligence (AI) integration to drive innovation.

Responsibilities
- Develop impactful YouTube video campaigns by leveraging platform expertise, audience insights and creator partnerships to drive business results.
- Enable Google's advertisers and partners ability to create effective ads that achieve objectives and grow Google/YouTube business.
- Lead YouTube platform updates, video trends and best practices to guide clients and the creative ecosystem.
- Deliver insightful campaign performance reports to stakeholders.
- Enhance creative assets through data-driven feedback and innovative solutions.
