Analytical Lead, Retail, Large Customer Sales (English, Mandarin)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in media analytics, advertising business, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to interact with and serve local clients.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with marketing measurement and attribution techniques (e.g., offline measurement, MMM, attribution) and working with Google advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform).
  • Experience working in complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of E-commerce and online marketing industries.
  • Proficiency in SQL, databases, and basic automation techniques.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to see both granular and big-picture issues.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-level executives through compelling storytelling.

As one of the masterminds behind our strategic planning, forecasting and analysis, you’ll spend your time digging into big, complex data sets. Responsibilities

  • Drive growth for our largest retail developers by providing strategic, data-backed consultation and actionable recommendations.
  • Develop and pitch quantified, forward-thinking sales strategies aligned with client marketing objectives, utilizing traffic, performance, and budget projections.
  • Enhance problem-solving efficiency and vertical growth by collaborating on the creation of scalable tools, templates, and frameworks.
  • Build relationships with key client stakeholders from executive leadership to data teams.
  • Communicate complex data insights and strategic recommendations effectively to influence both client and internal audiences.
