Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, media, or other customer-facing roles.
  • Experience in working in the App Marketing Industry.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with customers and building relationships at multiple levels within an organization
  • Experience managing customer objections and providing strategic recommendations.
  • Experience analyzing data to draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Proven track record of engaging and influencing C-level executive stakeholders

As a Principal Growth Manager, you will be part of a team dedicated to helping mobile-first companies grow their business using Google products and services. You will advise customers on marketing strategies utilizing Google’s marketing products to help them achieve their business goals.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$174,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with existing clients and develop an understanding of business objectives, goals, and challenges.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities in your book of business, prioritize accounts, handle objections and evaluate campaign effectiveness utilizing Google’s marketing solutions suite, specifically app advertising.
  • Consult with C-level clients to achieve national and global marketing goals.
  • Provide outstanding service to clients and design app marketing solutions for clients to drive long-term success.
  • Contribute to the development of Google’s comprehensive suite of app install advertisement products. Work with cross-functional teams.
