Growth Manager, App Sales, Same Store Growth (English)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in mobile, apps and digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or a marketing role.
  • 3 years of experience with sales in Apps or Gaming.
  • Experience with the app marketers and app ecosystem.
  • Experience in sales with educating and working with advertisers.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in working with clients and building relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Experience in meeting or exceeding sales goals while building pipelines and pitching Google Ads solutions.
  • Knowledge of the digital marketing landscape.
  • Knowledge of the app marketers and App ecosystem.
  • Excellent organizing and ownership skill with the ability to work in a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to pitch advertising solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with existing clients and develop an understanding of their business goals and tests.
  • Identify app and web opportunities in business, prioritize accounts, manage objections and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Consult with C-level clients to achieve national and international marketing goals. Utilize Google’s marketing solutions suite like app advertising.
  • Contribute to the development of Google’s suite of app install advertisement products. Work and collaborate with mobile-focused cross-functional teams.
  • Work with Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sales organization and cross-functional teams such as Go to Market (GTM), AdMob, Play and gTech.
