Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience working in a hardware test technical environment, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience with AC/DC power design and testing.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in technical leadership.
- Experience in any two of the following: signal integrity, power circuit testing, optical testing, network testing, scripting, and hardware test execution automation using Python.
- Experience with Linux or other Unix operating systems (Ubuntu or RHEL) and shell scripts.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings such as schematics, datasheets, and written work instructions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and people management skills, with the ability to coordinate and manage the needs of multiple lab users.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end rack system integration testing by defining system configurations and drive the development of test automation to facilitate system performance, design reliability and failure reproduction.
- Design network, power and cooling infrastructure for end-to-end system testing.
- Drive development of test software and infrastructure required for managing fleet of test systems at scale to avoid manual configuration and test execution; Develop quality data collection systems and visualization of the data (i.e., measurements).
- Provide integrated software to synchronize test execution on Device-under-Test (DUT) with external smart measurement instrumentation.
- Be a core contributor within a team of hardware/software designers, test engineers, on project planning and execution coordination within hardware development labs, ensuring adequate resources and project milestones are met.
