Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, or private equity role, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
- 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
- 1 year of experience working with executive stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in delivery of premium experiences, managing executive level audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, work independently and anticipate project interdependencies and triage issues accordingly.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity along with excellent prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
About the job
In this role, you will coordinate works with the Leadership and Innovation Labs team and supports the exective engagements of the Insights, Scale and Enablement and Value Consulting teams on major projects involving executive engagement. You will have the opportunity to work with cross-functional stakeholders in Sales, Product, Go-To-Market, and several other teams globally.The primary focus is for events taking place in NYC where you will also serve as the primary on-the-ground point-of-contact. That includes leading the Executive Experiences team relationships with dedicated vendors, as well as Google Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS), Catering, Facilities, Security, and more. This role is critical in maintaining these key relationships and establishing ways of working, processes, guidelines and best practices. The secondary focus is for events at other Google locations or client or other sites as well as other markets, as needed.Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. Responsibilities
- Own executive experiences, in partnership with cross-team leaders by planning, calendaring, briefing, and other preparation to event production, logistics management, and day-of support and quality control for materials presented, to recaps and post-experience reporting.
- Serve as the liaison between account teams, the Executive Experiences team, speakers, and more.
- Lead Project Management by keeping team and partners on track to deliver on all deadlines, update and manage the engagement pipeline and all process related tools.
- Manage and escalate project risks and issues as appropriate, and establish success metrics for projects and ensure performance is tracked and measured.
- Work for Executive Experiences teams and interface with other stakeholders (Google leadership, Cloud, REWS and Go To Market partners and more).
