Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in digital media sales, digital advertising, or digital marketing or 3 years with an advanced degree.
- Experience with Performance Marketing Solutions such as search, Pmax or other similar search solutions.
- Experience in working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience influencing and collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Experience with the Telecom or Healthcare industries.
- Experience defining the search strategy for clients.
- Ability to develop relationships with customers acting as a search product Subject Matter Expert (SME) for customers and agencies.

In this role, you'll partner with some of America's largest customers, influencing the future of our Performance solutions alongside Go-to-Market and Product Teams, and Product Managers. We're looking for someone passionate about Performance Marketing with a proven track record of influencing both internal and external stakeholders.

industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $103,000-$148,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Partner with Large Customer Sales pods, gTech and Specialists, drive impact to our largest customers through Performance Solutions activation (Bidding, Broad Match, AI Max, Performance Max, etc).
- Lead Search, product activation and adoption across cross-functional teams in the Integrated Sector, which will demand business skills, influencing without authority and cross-collaboration.
- Engage with Go-to-Market and Product teams to provide feedback and influence product roadmap.
- Manage expectations and maintain relationships with stakeholders to build rapport and credibility, and plan, create, deliver strategy, and provide input to help stakeholders achieve project goals.
