Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in account/partnership management or business development experience in an Internet, Search or high-tech company.
  • Experience with data analysis.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Italian fluently to interact with clients.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in publisher yield management, ad operations or sales/account management.
  • Understanding of the digital advertising landscape, ad serving technology, exchanges, Supply-Side Platforms, Demand-Side Platforms and data management platforms.
  • Understanding of analytical principles and methodologies.
  • Organization skills and ability to handle multiple ad hoc requests simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and reasoning skills with respect to technical, contractual and financial issues.

Google's line of products and services to our clients never stops growing. The Partnerships Development team is responsible for seeking and exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Equipped with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners, and helping them find ways to grow using Google's newest product offerings. Your knowledge of relevant verticals and relationships with key industry players will help shape our great applications and content for products such as YouTube, Google TV and Commerce.

Large Partner Sales (LPS) is an organization facing Google’s largest sales house and publishers and helping them to leverage the entire range of Google products. In addition to generating their digital assets through Google’s ads suites (including ads server, search, display, video business generation products), LPS also works with other Google teams to implement holistic and truly strategic partnerships with partners. Businesses that partner with Google come in all shapes and sizes, and no one Google solution works for all.

The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.

Responsibilities

  • Work with partners across all LPS verticals (with focus on Connected TV) in concert with Strategic Partner Leads to grow our partners Ad business generation revenues and increase their overall satisfaction.
  • Build trusted, strategic relationships with A-B level stakeholders within the organizations of our largest partners and develop a thorough understanding of their business challenges.
  • Provide a dependable and responsive service to our partners, focusing on partners needs for mutual benefit.
  • Cross-promote new products or features that will have a positive impact on partner investments. 
  • Manage a proactive sales pipeline of business generating opportunities on a quarterly basis.
