Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1 year of experience in events marketing with documented emphasis on project management.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with various stakeholders and teams.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience managing executives across C-Level events.
  • Experience with project management.
  • Experience managing ambiguous programs under pressure with tight timelines and competing priorities.
  • Tool-savvy, demonstrating proficiency in Google Workspace collaboration and advanced Google Sheets capabilities, including the ability to run auto-optimization (write scripts) or effectively manage and guide someone to execute it.
  • Communicates well in verbal and written formats, and ability to influence at all levels.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail, meticulousness in reviewing schedules, communications, deliverables, briefs and ensuring highest quality of deliverables.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $91,000-$134,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Define, promote, and execute operational plans for events, including managing E/ABP and Chief of Staff walkthroughs, wayfinding, keynote seating, and post-event debriefs to capture best practices.
  • Ensure timely updates on key decisions, potential roadblocks, and relevant information are shared with executives, E/ABPs, Chiefs of Staff, and program leads through various channels.
  • Support executives by contributing to briefings and at times on site support, ensuring a positive experience for high-level guests at events.
  • Lead executive communication strategy and execution, including developing and refining processes, managing timelines and approvals for all executive communications, and leading E/ABP meetings.
