Minimum qualifications:
- Graduated in engineering, technology, science or other fields, with a training period of at least 1 year.
- Experience as a technical program manager in the manufacturing industry.
- Experience managing cross-functional technical teams.
Preferred qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in Technician, Sustaining Technical Program (Electronic Product Manufacturing) or equivalent.
- Experience in working and handling technical issues for international Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) partners.
- Experience in handling technical issues in a cross-functional team to achieve new product objectives inclusive of quality, yield, and cost.
- Ability to support and drive solutions across multiple cross-functional teams.
- Ability to attend technical conversations in English and Mandarin fluently to work with regional stakeholders.

In this role, you will be the cornerstone of operations communication with technical cross-functional teams in the sustaining/mass production period. You will guide a team of professionals to ensure products are designed and built to Google standards. You will work in a fast-moving environment, as you work with teams to solve problems that gate production line operations to improve the quality and productivity.

Responsibilities
- Support in sustaining the technical program of electronic product manufacturing machinery system to ensure the production process is operated according to standards and mitigates risks.
- Identify and support superiors to ensure ongoing technical risks are identified; implement risk mitigation or resolution plans under the direction of superiors or the request of clients/partners.
- Support to solve technical issues operations side for line layout, fixed equipment, and setting line qualifications for a ramp for the production process.
- Support to solve technical issues to achieve and sustain product yield, quality performance at the Contract Manufacturers (CM) site, mass production yield, and performance updates.
- Liaise and support CMs to strengthen manufacturing process controls to meet KPIs and targets, and ensure continuous improvements; provide feedback and discussion with cross-functional team/ superiors regarding the practical issues of technology and qualification.
