Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
- Experience working with digital organizations.
- Experience identifying and recommending solutions to improve customer strategy, and working with executive leadership.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in an problem-solving role.
- Knowledge of data privacy including General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Knowledge of Google Ads and Google marketing platforms including Google Analytics.
- Understanding of data collection, integration and activation in media platforms and privacy implications (e.g., website analytics, CRM/Customer Data Platform (CDP) onboarding, conversion tracking and import, audience management, consent management).
- Ability to work across various business functions.
- Ability to communicate in German fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

As a Data and Measurement Solutions Lead, you are responsible for bringing to market all of Google’s foundational data and measurement solutions as well as media effectiveness innovations and for ensuring that these innovations work to the benefit of our clients. You will help marketers to understand the true impact of Google’s advertising solutions and to prepare for the substantial changes in digital advertising due to the AI transformation and the growing expectations with respect to data privacy is of critical importance for Google and our clients.
Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.
Responsibilities
- Own Data and Measurement roadmap of prioritized clients and that these roadmaps are incorporated into the holistic customer plan or joint business plan.
- Identify opportunities to scale Data and Measurement solutions via partners, industry managers or account managers or technical support.
- Develop and deliver compelling industry-specific pitches for measurement solution (e.g., Google tag gateway, enhanced conversions, Google Analytics) and first party data solutions (e.g., customer match, value-based Bidding) to advertisers, C/B levels in Germany.
- Lead complex projects that span across different product areas on the advertiser, partner and Google side including privacy-dedicated counterparts.
