Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking.
- Experience working with executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
- Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently to interact in this customer-facing role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with project management and ability to handle multiple time-sensitive projects.
- Experience with broadcasting networks, Creators and media service platforms.
- Understanding of the new media business as well as the media industry.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.

- Manage and cultivate relationships with Creators.
- Develop new business opportunities with partners while building a creator ecosystem.
- Create and deploy YouTube standard procedures.
- Help partners achieve their goals by providing consultative support in collaboration with cross-functional teams including partner support, marketing, product and communications.
