Measurement Lead, UKI, Large Customer Sales

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with Implementation/Configuration of Measurement, Web Analytics or Attribution Strategy including: Data-Driven Attribution/Non-Last Click Attribution, Cross-Device Measurement, Conversion Tracking, Geo-Experiments, Incrementality/Lift, MMM, Online-to-Offline measurement, Offline Data Import.
  • Experience with brand third-party measurement solutions (Kantar, Nielsen), site analytics (Adobe, Omniture), CRM, and data systems.
  • Experience in managing and influencing executive advertiser/agency decision makers.
  • Experience in presenting insights and results to executive audiences.
  • Knowledge of Google measurement capabilities across ad and media platforms including Google Ads, Search Ads 360, Google Analytics.
  • Understanding of the digital ad ecosystem and recent privacy changes.

About the job

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands.

As a Measurement Lead (ML), you will have a strategic focus to help advertisers implement the measurement infrastructure to capture durable signals and scale their use of Google measurement and attribution solutions to prove media effectiveness and business value. You will create pod-level measurement plans, develop strategic measurement plans for their priority book of business, and support scaled activation across the non-priority clients in a book of business.

In this role, you will play a critical role in Google UKI's goals to be the trusted experts for our advertisers and partners that delivers high performing, durable advertising solutions in a privacy first ecosystem. We're in charge of Digital Transformation for advertisers and partners across the LCS book of business in the UK. You will help advertisers build a measurement and data infrastructure foundation which customers can build their performance and media effectiveness solutions on. You will create budget headroom for Account Teams to pitch for through optimized performance from durable measurement solutions and budget growth or defense by proving the business value of our media.

Responsibilities

  • Develop advanced Modern Measurement approaches including experiments, media mix modeling, attribution, and cross-media measurement to prove the value of Google advertising to our client's business.
  • Ensure that the right durable measurement solutions are in place to increase insights that power AI-driven advertising.
  • Get the right enablers in place for advertisers to meet their measurement ambitions (e.g. Partner support, gTech support, funding).
  • Partner with measurement specialists to drive adoption of measurement solutions and convince advertiser stakeholders to apply learnings, insights and recommended actions.
  • Consult with advertisers and agency partners to understand their measurement goals and assess how Google measurement products can effectively address their needs. Manage relationships with measurement, data and analytics contacts at important clients in your sector.
